Katharina Schmid

I am a PhD student at the Visual Computing & Artificial Intelligence Lab at the Technical University of Munich, supervised by Prof. Matthias Nießner.

I hold a Master's degree in Robotics, Cognition, Intelligence from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from DHBW Mannheim. My PhD is supported by the MDSI Doctoral Fellowship.

My research interests lie in 3D content creation using reconstruction and generation.
